The only institute of North Bengal awarded with 'National Gold Star Award'. Our founder-director Mr. Claudius S. R. is a recepient of 'Jewel of India Award' for his outstanding achievements in education field.       Enrolment starts from 1st July every year.

Roger's Institute was established by the vision and toil of a few academicians, almost a decade back, in an urge to set standards of excellence and perfection. Today the expertise and methodologies of this institution have generated confidence among the students, parents and general public due to which this institution is considered as a premier institution in this region.

Our understanding of the student's needs at different stages of their preparation, has been the guiding force behind the structure and methodology of each subject.

Our I.C.C. Programme is unique in itself as it ensures the best possible result depending on the basic potential of the student and his/her capability to work hard. Students admitted to our I.C.C. Programme can expect a very significant improvement in their performance in the final board examination.

Our I.C.C.  programme concentrates basically on tapping the basic potential of every individual student . A student will have the right mix of classes ,problem solving and doubt removal sessions supplemented by test analyzing sessions. These will give the students the necessary feedback to develop examination temperament. What is required from the students, is total dedication and hard work during the programme. This programme will not benefit those who just wish to get enrolled and wait for a miracle to happen. 

On the basis of our comprehensive course coverage, years of teaching experience and the results we have produced in the past, we confidently expect  that even an average student who will sincerely follow the faculty, will come out with flying colours in the examination.

Commensurate with our sincere efforts to provide proper motivation and effective guidance to the students in their preparations, we solicit cooperation from the parents/guardians. We expect that they will help us by providing the right atmosphere and discipline for the students for their 'home study'. It has to be a joint endeavor of the parents/guardians and the students on one side and the institute on the other. We would like to stress that the supervision and encouragement given by the parents/guardians to the students coupled with our systematic coaching methods are certain to success and help them achieve their goal.
